Regulate input voltage (up to 45V) to 5.0V output. Drive loads up to 150mA. Short-circuit proof, with over temperature shutdown. Generate reset signal for VQ,rt (typically 4.65V). Programmable power-on reset delay. Early warning function for under-voltage. Use TLE42794 instead of TLE42694 if integrated resistors not desired.
